APARTMENTS & Villas
are all fully self-contained with kitchen, auto washer & dryer, iron & ironing board, linen, hairdryer, TV/DVD players & daily housekeeping service.
We have complimentary portacots, highchairs, stairgates, strollers & baby baths.
Lovely Ni-Vanuatu babysitters are available for both day and night. The cost is 300vt (approxAUD$3.60) per hour, min 3 hrs.
As the accom is self contained , we don’t have accom/breakfast packages but we do have a delicious & economical menu in our Beach Bar Café, open from 7am.
CHECK-IN & OUT
Check-in is normally 2pm (though rooms are usually ready for earlier arrival). Check-out is normally 11am however you may keep your apartment until your departure, subject to availability. (A late checkout fee would apply past 2pm).
We accept Visa & Mastercard.
There are several dive companies and lots of dive sights in and around Port Vila – we can assist with bookings for dives or lessons beforehand or when you come.
Fishing in our lagoon is popular with guests so bring a retractable rod if you like (if not, we have some reels here). We can also book your deep sea fishing for you.

There are 2 stores within 5 mins walk from the resort and the big supermarket and local fruit & veg markets are less than 10 mins by bus. You can pack and bring unopened grocery items but meat & dairy require a Quarantine Certificate and fee.
You can use ADSL wireless internet throughout the resort (500vt per day) and we also have a guest computer in Front Reception (300vt per day)
During school holiday times, we have fun Coconut Leaders to supervise games and activities with pikininis of all ages (it’s free!) and there are fun outings as well.
We have a little free Coconut Kindy on the resort for local pikininis and guests and everyone is welkam to join in the morning activities and fun. If you would like to help the kindy with resources, educational toys and puzzles would be excellent!
Is not prevalent on this island of Efate, however, you may want to ask your doctor about preventative medication, especially if you are going to visit the outer islands.
The currency is called Vatu and all major currencies are exchangeable in Vanuatu. Australian dollars are also accepted in the majority of shops and restaurants. There are ANZ & Westpac banks and many ATMs available for cash vatu withdrawals
Beach towels are provided at the Pool Bar for your convenience.
Power points are the same as Australian & New Zealand 3-point plugs. We also have adaptors for French connections available at the resort.
Our Beach Bar Café is open 7am till late for meals and all day snacks which you can enjoy in the café area, on the Pool Deck or brought to your room. There are several restaurants near the resort and a big selection in and around town
You can swim & fish in our lagoon and there are many beautiful reefs to snorkel in and around Port Vila, all within 30mins from us. We have snorkels & masks at the resort but we suggest you bring yours and go out exploring the marinelife and reefs
Our apartments & villas have direct-dial phones. International roaming is available for mobile phones but needs to be set up with your phone company before coming
There’s so much to see and do in Vanuatu and we have brochures and info at the resort and can book all of your tours and excursions, at no extra cost to you.
We can book your transfers through George’s Tours & Transfers (a local, Ni-Vanuatu business) and charge to room account at the resort. Late night arrival flights and early morning departures are no problem with George.
The local buses and taxis are readily available from the resort and in and around Vila. There are also several hire car companies but remember, it’s right-hand drive!
Are not required from most countries (incl Aust & NZ), however you need a return or ongoing airline ticket and your Passport must be valid for 6 months past your stay.
The town water supply is quite safe to drink. However, if you prefer, bottled water can be readily purchased everywhere in Port Vila
Temperatures in April to October range from 22 to 30°C. November to January is warmer but not generally unpleasantly so. February and March are usually the hottest months with temperatures to around 35°C so a good time for a cool swim!
